Anti-SIGLEC family like 1 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the SIGLECL1 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 197 amino acid residues and a mass of 21.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Other names for this target antigen include SIGLEC family-like protein 1 and sialic acid binding Ig-like lectin, pseudogene 7. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for SIGLEC family like 1 antibodies.
