Anti-THO3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the THO3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the THOC3 gene, which encodes THO complex subunit 3. This protein is known to function in mRNA processing and RNA splicing, among other biological roles. The human version of THO3 has a canonical amino acid length of 351 residues and a protein mass of 38.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for THO3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
