Anti-WW45 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target WW45 is a known alias name of the protein salvador family WW domain containing protein 1, encoded by the SAV1 gene in humans. This 383-amino acid residue protein is a reported regulator of stk3/mst2 and STK4/MST1 in the Hippo signaling pathway which plays a pivotal role in organ size control and tumor suppression by restricting proliferation and promoting apoptosis. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Indicated applications for WW45 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
