H1N1 Antibody Products

The H1N1 strain of influenza A virus has been infamously known as the "swine flu" during the 2009 flu pandemic. In 1918 it has claimed 50 to 100 million lives in the Spanish flu pandemic. More recent outbreaks have occured in India in 2015, and the Maldives and Myanmar in 2017. H1N1 commonly causes the respiratory disease in pigs and, in uncommon cases, can cross species to infect humans. H1N1 antibodies typically recognize antigens within the hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA) glycoproteins.
