Antibody Target CD40L

There are over 3100 anti-CD40L antibodies from over 40 different suppliers shown below. You can also read 13 reviews from researchers who have used these antibodies in applications like Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Cell Activiation with a wide variety of samples such as Mouse Splenocytes and Human PBMCs.

In humans, this target is encoded by the gene, CD40 ligand (CD40LG). Orthologs for CD40LG have also been reported in other species, including mouse, rat, frog, chimpanzee and chicken.

The canonical CD40L protein is 261 amino acids in length, 29.3 kDa in mass, and has a secreted and membrane subcellular localization. It is a member of the Tumor necrosis factor protein family. CD40L functions in cytokine activity and CD40 receptor binding, as well as having a role in immune cytokine signaling and the adaptive immune system. Post-translational modifications have been described, notably glycosylation.

Synonyms for this protein include: CD154; CD40L; HIGM1; IGM; IMD3; T-BAM; TNFSF5; TRAP; gp39; hCD40L; CD40 antigen ligand; CD40-L.
