Antibodies Target IGSF10

Anti-IGSF10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein immunoglobulin superfamily member 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 2623 amino acid residues and a mass of 290.8 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. IGSF10 is reported to be involved in control of early migration of neurons expressing gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GNRH neurons) (By similarity). Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include calvaria mechanical force protein 608. IGSF10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some IGSF10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunofluorescence is also a common application.
