Citrate-anticoagulated human whole blood was diluted 1:10 in HEPES-Tyrodes-BSA containing BV480 Mouse Anti-Human CD62P with or without 10 µg/mL CRP-XL (platelet agonist). Lyse/fix buffer was added, and samples were acquired by flow cytometry. BV480 Mouse Anti-Human CD62P allowed clear resolution of activated/degranulated platelets.

BV480 Mouse Anti-Human CD62P allows good detection of CD62P on the surface of activated/degranulated platelets.
