Used to study the cxcl1 release from isolated mouse neutrophils in response to opsonized zymosan particles. Saw very nice response compared to mock stimulated control.

This kit was insturmental in my project investigating the cytokine response of neutrophils to opsonised Zymosan. These cells were incubated overnight with fungal particles and a very robust and reproducible response was seen compared to the mock stimulated control.
