It's a ready secondary antibody for immunofluorescence. dilution is not required. I use this antibody to stain and visualize fixed cells that are pre-treated with a rabbit primary antibody. I then visualized the cells using confocal microscopy.

Confocal microscopy
We used this secondary antibody with many different rabbit primary antibodies with consistent results. It works very well and saves a lot of time. Results are clear with minimal noise.
