I used Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H + L)-HRP Conjugate as secondary antibody conjugate to detect two mouse IgG in Western blots. This time for the dilution I used 1:5000 in Non-Fat Dry Milk (NFDM), but I prefer doing in BSA. It always works well and gave me clear bands.

1:5000 dilution in 1X TBS-T with 5% Non-Fat Dry Milk (NFDM)
I used Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H + L)-HRP Conjugate as secondary antibody conjugate to detect two mouse IgG in Western blots. I wanted to look at my protein and control (used Beta-actin). Results were pretty clear, the secondary antibody was able to detect both on my membrane.
