I have used this antibody for a while now and it works great. It is a fluorescent antibody and usually works well for my westerns.
Western Blot
Cancer cells (UMSCC47, U2OS etc)
Overnight in 3% BSA
3% BSA
2 hours at room temperature in 5% skim milk
Fluorescent
I usually use HRP secondary for difficult antibody, but fluorescent detection for all others. this antibody is great because it detects proteins within seconds.
Gives strong band at the correct size.
Sometimes may give background.
Overall it is a great fluorescent antibody and I reuse it for 7-10 days without any problems.
