I used this secondary antibody with a lot of my anti-rabbit primary antibodies. It works great and can help me detect proteins that are usually difficult to detect using fluorescent means.
Western Blot
Cancer cells (UMSCC47, U2OS etc)
Overnight in 3% BSA
3% BSA
2 hours at room temperature in 5% skim milk
HRP detection
I used this for proteins that are usually hard to detect using fluorescent secondary antibodies. It has worked really well for me so far.
I use 1:1000 dilution
Great for detection of difficult proteins.
Sometimes may give background.
I would recommend this product. It is easy to use, and a 1-2 hour incubation at room temperature is enough to give good, clear bands.
