We use this reagent when passaging adherent cell cultures. It works well to release adherent cells from the culture dish and does not damage the cells or inhibit further growth.

Needs to be diluted in PBS before use.

Results Summary

After removing old media and washing with PBS, we add this reagent to the dish and incubate for 5 min at 37C. After this the cells release from the dish and can be collected easily.
