I used the Precision Plus Protein Dual Color Standards for the molecular weight estimation on SDS-PAGE gels and western blots. The product runs well also at higher voltage and always gives me a clear detection of the bands also at lower KDa.

Dilute with sterile water to reach the same volume of the sample loaded for a more precise run and detection of the molecular weights (also good for imaging).
Precision Plus Protein Dual Color Standards very often. Last experiment I did was a SDS page to detect the molecular weight of a conjugate (antibody plus a drug) and the pure antibody. I obtained clear and smooth bands that lead me to estimate the molecular weights of my proteins and distinguish between the two samples.
