I seeded epithelial cells (A549) and I transfected with eIF4E siRNA after 24 hours. I seeded 2 different seeding densities (180k and 200k per well in a 6-well plate). I got great results in both of the cases the expression of eIF4E was silenced and confirmed by WB.
