Our lab continues to study human lymphocyte populations, including CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. In a previous review, I showed how CD4 FITC worked but was quite dim. Here, I review a CD4 conjugated to APC-A700 which produces a much brighter signal.

Summary

The Good

Strong, bright signal.

The Bad

Lots of spillover issues.

The Bottom Line

This is a good antibody that yields a strong signal, but will create compensation issues in nearby channels (APC and APC-A750).
