I have used this antibody to detect Ncs-1 by western blot in a number of sample types. It has worked very well in all tested samples, from mouse brain to culture cells (PC12 and HEK293 cells). In all cases reactivity was quite good at 1:2,000 dilution. Band size was the same as predicted.
