Proteins resolved in 10% SDS-PAGE were western transferred in a nitrocellulose membrane and probed for the Cdc6 protein. The aim of this experiment was to test the time course effect of a specific treatment on Cdc6 expression in a human primary cell line. The selection of antibody from Abcam was due to the excellent band of Cdc6 shown in the antibody flyer.

In the present study, a Cdc6 antibody from Abcam was used. It was a nice feeling because this antibody has shown only a specific and bright band of Cdc6, which showed an excellent specificity of this antibody for the Cdc6 epitope.
