In the present experiment, the human cells were exposed to a specific treatment for different time intervals, the treated cells were homogenized in RIPA buffer, and protein extracts were prepared. Further, an equal amount of proteins from control and treatment groups were resolved in 10% SDS-PAGE, immune-transferred, and probed with CPT1B Antibody obtained from Abcam.
