The RD cell lysate (0.06mg of protein/well) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. The band of MCL-1 can be well recognized at 40kDa (a little bit lower than the 43kDa marker). We confirmed the signal is MCL-1 by knocking down MCL-1 with shRNAs, the intensity of the band decreased in the MCL-1 knockdown cell lines.
