Results Summary

To titrate the antibody, 1 x 10^6 splenocytes from C57BL/6 mouse infected with LCMV-C13 (day 8) were stained with: AF700 anti-CD8a Ab in the presence of Zombie NIR in 100 μL PBS at 4C for 30 min. Subsequently, the cells were fixed/permed using BD Cytofix/Cytoperm™ Solution according to manufacturer's instruction, then stained with: APC anti-IFN-γ Ab and PE-Cy7 anti-TNF-α Ab in 100 μL Perm/Wash buffer at 4C for 30 min.
