I used this caspase-1 ELISA kit to measure the cleaved caspase-1 (p20) from culture supernatant of THP-1 cells incubated with or without LPS+ATP. The cleaved caspase-1 can be measured from culture supernatant of THP-1 treated with positive control, but not untreated cells. I recommend it

It is sensitive and specific
the measured value is not very high
The ELISA kit is expensive but it is very useful as second method to detect caspase-1 activation
