We have used this kit to quantitate the concentrations of monoclonal IgMs derived in our lab. While the protocol takes longer than most in-house ELISAs (granted we haven't optimized it for use in our hands and simply followed the given protocol), it is easy to perform and the results for the same samples seem to replicate well across runs.
