I used this antibody to determine the basal levels of CD14 in macropahges (HL60 and THP-1).
Western Blot
HL60 and THP-1 cells
1:1000 dilution, 18 hours at 4 degrees with gentle shaking
5% non-fat dry milk in Tris buffer containing 0.1% Tween-20
HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit antibody 1:2000 dilution, 1 hour at room temperature with gentle shaking

THP-1 cells expressed CD14 protein more than HL60 cells.
