Mouse Embryonic brain slices from E17 were stained with NF-M antibody to stain the axonal fibers and trace their projections.

Axonal fibers the the intermediate zone of the developing cortex were specifically labelled with anti-NF-M antibody. There was no cross reactivity to the blood vessels or other cell types.
Specific staining, good for thicker sections and brain slices.
The antibody is specific and to our knowledge, so far no cross reactivity is seen. Highly recommended
