No tertiary Incubation.
Confocal microscope.
The overall staining for AQ4 is weak and a considerable amount of background is detected. Different protocols were used to try to improve the result but without success.
It detects a signal.
Hard to optimize, high background and staining too weak.
For this specific tissue (spinal cord), the quality of this product is considerable low. Further/different optimizations are needed.
