Our aim was to examine the levels of P65 acetylation in 293T cells treated with TNF-a (20ng/ml) for one hour. Briefly, one day before TNF-a treatment cells were seeded in 100mm dishes. Cells were treated with TNF-a for 1 hour and whole cell lysates were ran on SDS-PAGE, western blotted and probed with antibody.
