I tested the levels of 14-3-3 gamma antibody as a part of experiment to determine the changes in apoptotic pathway. I used Hela cells with a cytotoxic compound and determined its effect on the levels of 14-3-3 gamma protein.

This antibody works really well for Western blotting. There was some degree of noise in one of the samples but that was due to intrinsic cellular factors.
