This antibody was used to characterise the immune infiltration in a murine model of intestinal inflammation. The antibody reviewed here gave a modest results in the identification of macrophages by using FACS.

Lamina propia cells from normal mice
Dilution: 1:250 Time: 20 min. Temp: 4C
1% BSA supplemented with 4% of mouse serum

Lamina propia cells were analysed by flow citometry using a FACSCanto II (BD).
Lamina propia macrophages were identified as CD45+ MHC-IIHigh CD11b+ and CD64+ cells.
It didn't interfered with the other markers from my FACS panel.
It is not as bright as I would like.
This antibody is a good choice if you can´t use any other channel.
