T-75 Culture flasks were treated with 2 to 3 ml Attachment Factor for 15 to 20 minutes. Thereafter, attachment factor was removed and HRMVECs (Human Retinal Microvascular Endothelial cells) were seeded and incubated in carbon dioxide incubator.
