I used this antibody to detect CUL1 by western blot. It recognizes the N-terminus of CUL1 protein which is less modified than the C-terminus.

I got very strong and clean bands at the correct molecular weight. The doublet bands coresponds to unmodified and neddylated CUL1. Treatment with MLN4924 diminished neddylated CUL1.
