In this assay I was trying determine surface expression of different markers on gamma/delta T cells. I used this antibody to identify the gamma/delta T cell population.

Results Summary

I used this antibody at 1:20. If you use it more dilute, the distinction between the populations makes it harder to identify the gamma/delta T cells. Since they're already such a small percentage of the population, I would really suggest using it at 1:20 so you don't lose any. That being said, when you use it at 1:20 the gamma delta T cell population is very distinct. Its a pretty good antibody. I have seen with some donors that there is a distinct gamma/delta high and low population.
