Fast and easy to use. Very straightforward protocol. Did a test run to optimize the absorbance of my samples. Barely deviated from the suggested dilution. Cost was the largest appeal for this product. Other kits that would have given the same results were 2-3x more expensive.

Like all ELISA kits, there is always the one limited reagent to only allow for 100 wells of testing.
