This is one of the easiest ELISA kits I've ever used. Very straightforward protocol and all the reagents required (aside from the plates and STOP solution) are included in the kit. The results are fairly accurate.

The kit says it only has enough for 5 plates, but it actually has enough for 6.
I was able to detect a dose-dependent activation of T cells in an MLR format by detecting INFy levels after a 3 day incubation.
