Glioma stem cells treated with inhibitor X and harvested after 48 hours. Whole cell lysates were prepared with RIPA buffer and 20 ug of protein was loaded on SDS-PAGE. Western blot was done and probed with GAPDH antibody, developed with west pico reagent in chemidoc.
