To check the protein expression levels of β-tublin protein in control and test samples, we have used this antibody. β-tublin protein was used as an internal protein control in our experiment. Mice liver tissue lysate was prepared in the lysis buffer for different experimental conditions and was resolved on 12% SDS-PAGE. β-tublin protein was detected after probing nitro-cellulose membrane with this antibody using secondary HRP conjugated antibody and chemiluminescent assay.
