Our lab studies the role of cellular signaling in T cells during T cell differentiation and function. One important pathway of interest is the mTOR pathway. With immunoblot analysis, we readily assessed p-PRAS40 (T246) activity since its a critical mediator of mTORC1 signaling in WT T cells upon T cell activation under different conditions.
