The aim of our research is to check the different expression profiles, in terms of cytokines and surface markers, of in vitro differentiated CD4+ T cells. The antibody was used in order to detect the expression of IFNγ in cultured, in vitro differentiated CD4+ naive T cells towards Th1 phenotype.
