Western blot membrane probed with antibody was washed thrice in 1xTBST for 10 min. Wash buffer was discarded and added with 10mL of Restore PLUS western blot stripping buffer and kept on rocker for 20 min at room temperature. Replaced the stripping buffer with wash buffer and washed thrice for 10 min. Blocked with 5% milk and proceeded with primary and secondary antibody incubation.
