In our lab we study CD4 T cell involvement in a mouse influenza A infection model. There are some studies where we want to isolate only CD4+ T cells for downstream sorting or application in vivo. This kit works well to reliably isolate only CD4+ cells from whole mouse lymphocyte samples with relative purity for downstream applications.
