CD90.2 (also known as Thy1.2) is expressed among others on all thymocytes, and peripheral T cells in Thy1.2 bearing mouse strains. We used this antibody in order to distinguish between T cells derived from such a strain from a mutant mice bearing the Thy1.2 congenic marker.
