Human cells were treated with growth factor for a different period's cells were lysed in RIPA buffer, and proteins were extracted. The extracted proteins were resolved in 10% denaturing gel and western transferred in the nitrocellulose membrane. Further, the membrane was probed with CSN3 antibody to test the effect of growth factor treatment on CSN3 expression levels. The Santa Cruz Biotechnology CSN3 antibody selection was based on our previous experience.

An excellent and highly specific band of CSN3 protein was detected by this antibody. Non-specificity of this antibody for other epitopes were not detected. However, there was no time-Dependent effect of expression of CSN3 protein was observed.
