Neuro2A cell lysate treated with HDACi used for the experiment. Relative protein concentration is measured using the amido black method and loaded equal amount of protein. We have observed the equal amount of alpha-tubulin in all the samples, while the increased acetyl tubulin levels observed in HDACi treated samples compared to control.
