Ubiquitin is a 8.6kDa small regulatory protein present in most tissues of eukaryotic organisms and expressed ubiquitously. This protein will add to a substrate protein hence it is called ubiquitination. Ubiquitination regulates many proteins and decide the fate of a protein and mark them for degradation via the proteasome, alter their cellular location, affect their activity, and promote or prevent protein interactions. Here we checked the time course effect of chemoattractant on Ubiquitin.
