Transformation of Plasmid into NEB® 10-beta Electrocompetent E. Coli

We transformed 1ul of ligation mix into NEB® 10-beta Electrocompetent E. coli, ligated DNA mix with electrocompetent cell and directly put in electro cuvette and provide pulse with electroporator and recovered with 1 ml SOC medium provided with the kit and incubated for 1 hour at 37c. Plated 10 ul of SOC medium on to LB with antibiotic plates and incubated O/N at 37c.
