I work on selective forms of autophagy, especially focusing on ribophagy and ER-phagy. I have used large numbers of antibodies for proteins related to autophagy. This CCPG1 antibody gave too many background bands and very weak target band intensity.

Results Summary

This antibody is sooooo bad. I was not able to locate which band was CCPG1 out of about 100 bands... Only after siRNA treatment could I tell which one was the target band.
