Western Blot
HeLa cells extracts
1:5000 2h incubation at room temperature, in 5% non-fat milk diluted TBS+Tween (0.25%)
10% non-fat milk in TBS+Tween (0.25%) for 10 min
1:20000, 1 h incubation at room temperature in 5% non-fat milk diluted TBS+Tween (0.25%)
Washed three times with TBS+Tween (0.25%) for 3 min each.
HRP-based chemiluminescent immunoblotting and x-ray film
This antibody works well for all the experiments I've used it for, across different cell lines.
