Growth synchronised human smooth muscle cells were subjected to treatment with growth factor treatment for the indicated time. The cells were further tested to measure the effect growth factor on p38 (phospho T180 + Y182) levels by immunoblotting techniques. After resolving proteins from each treatment, protein transferred nitrocellulose membrane was probed with p38 (phospho T180 + Y182) antibody.
