MC38 tumors were excised from B6 mice and digested with Collagenase IV (1 mg/ml) and DNaseI (200 ug/ml). Cells were then stained with L/D Blue for gating out dead cells. Subsequently, cells were stained with a range of different antibodies to identify a range of immune cell types. CD11b-pacfic blue from BioLegend was one of the antibodies used at a 1:200 dilution. Antibodies were incubated with the tumor cell suspension for 30 minutes at 4 deg C.
