We are using this PCR master mix for a broad range of amplicon (1kb to 15kb) PCR reaction from any kind of template. We selected this product because it's easy to use without doing any optimization; in case of bigger size amplicon may be required to do gradient PCR for single band amplification. It works well for my all kind of PCR, so far and I have been using it for 6 years.
